By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following.
Products
Originals, prints, and postcards are sold as described on each listing. Prints and postcards are made to order by a third-party print partner.
Colours can vary slightly between screens, room lighting, and the finished work. Photographs are taken in daylight where possible.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only. Weather, natural events, strikes, customs, and carrier delays can add time and are outside my control. Tracking rules and exceptions are set out in the FAQ.
Taxes and import charges
Listed prices cover the artwork and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Any tax, duty, tariff, or import fee charged in the destination country is the buyer’s responsibility and is not included. If those charges are declined and the parcel is returned or held, return postage and related fees are the buyer’s responsibility and may be deducted from any refund, or billed if there is no refund.
Returns
All sales are final. I cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Originals are one of a kind; prints and postcards are made to order.
If an item arrives damaged, email within 48 hours with photographs of the item and the packaging. Help for damaged arrivals is described in the FAQ.
Commissions are not refundable once work has begun.
Address
Please check the shipping address before you pay. I cannot replace an order sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
Copyright
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Cherry Jain Art.
Personal display only. Commercial reproduction, resale of the image, or use of the image as a product design is not permitted without written permission. Copyright and reproduction rights stay with the artist unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Limitation
To the extent allowed by law, I am not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the print partner, courier, postal service, customs, or events outside my control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
