What I collect
When you place an order or send a form, I collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you provide one, and the details of your order or enquiry. The site may store a simple cart in your browser and may use essential cookies or local storage needed for checkout.
I do not see or store your full card number. Payment is handled by PayPal (or any other payment provider shown at checkout).
How I use it
Personal information is used only to fulfil your order, send tracking, reply to enquiries, and keep records required by tax and accounting rules. It is never sold or shared for marketing.
Who it is shared with
Information is shared only with parties needed to run the shop: the payment processor, the print partner for made-to-order prints and postcards, the courier or postal service, and the company that hosts this website. Partners may change; they are used only to complete orders and operate the site.
How long it is kept
Contact-form messages can be deleted on request. Order invoices and shipping records may be kept for as long as tax and legal rules require (often several years).
Your choices
Email cherryjainart@gmail.com if you want contact details updated or removed. I will do that where the law allows. Completed invoices and records required by law cannot always be erased.
